Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Together, an iOS app developed by Cubelic ("we", "our", or "us"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Together. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Together is intended for personal, non-commercial use by individuals in romantic relationships.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

You may only create one account per person. Accounts are non-transferable.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use Together for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person through the app
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, or violates anyone's rights
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the app
• Use automated scripts to access or interact with the app

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Together offers a free tier and a premium subscription. Premium subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All payments are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms.

• Free trial: Where offered, a free trial automatically converts to a paid subscription unless cancelled before the trial ends.
• Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Shared premium: If either partner in a connected pair has an active subscription, both partners receive premium access.
• Refunds: Refund requests must be directed to Apple through their standard refund process.

Manage or cancel your subscription anytime through your iPhone's Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

5. Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you create in Together (notes, photos, countdowns, bucket list items, milestones). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display it solely for the purpose of providing the app's features to you and your partner.

We do not claim ownership of your content and do not use it for advertising or any other purpose.

6. Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains what data we collect and how we use it. By using Together, you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

7. Disclaimers

Together is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times. We are not responsible for any loss of data or any other loss arising from your use of the app.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cubelic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of Together.

9. Termination

You may stop using Together and delete your account at any time from the app's Settings. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Upon account deletion, your personal data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of Together after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
